The spacious studio had a kitchenette complete with all necessary appliances, made cooking simple. Complimentary coffee and tea in the lounge was a thoughtful touch, especially with great coffee available all day. Staff interaction also stood out. They were friendly and attended to our requests promptly. The room had significant temperature control issues. Despite attempts to adjust the thermostat, it remained uncomfortably warm at night. The location was good for accessing public transport, yet the cleanliness didn't meet expectations. For the price, I expected better upkeep.
